• £55 follow-up  appointments (50 minutes)

• £314 (paid for in advance)6 x follow-up  appointments

Consultation includes a mixture of; Functional nutrition kinesiology and various acupuncture techniques.

Payment Terms

 

Please pay at the end of each session by cash/BACS. Cheques are not accepted. There are no card services available.

 

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept Debit/Cards payments.

Bookings will be confirmed via text/call; a mobile number will required for courtesy appointment reminders.

Cancellation Policy

 

Please give 48 hours notice if you need to cancel, to avoid being charged for your treatment. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. A fee to the value of the full treatment rate will be charged in the event of same day cancellations.

Your appointment is important and held just for you, should you find yourself needing to reschedule or cancel; a minimum 48-hour notice is required. Please contact me directly via mobile to cancel or reschedule appointments.

 

A minimum 48-hour notice period allows the clinic diary to be adjusted so that those who are on the waiting list can be accommodated.

 

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times but to help you, you will receive a confirmation text notification at between 24-48 hours prior to the appointment and as a courtesy reminder.

 

Costs are kept as low as possible and, as such, a strict policy must be maintained. Work commitments cannot constitute an acceptable reasons.
